Birkan has 20 years of experience on Online Acquisition & Retention, CRM and Contact Center Management related projects in Turkey, CIS Countries and EMEA region. Between 1995 to 2003 he was one of the management team member of Turkey’s first ISP Turk.Net as a Customer Service Manager, Consumer Services Director and Marketing Director.
Since 2004 he is also providing consulting and business process development services to local and international clients from different sectors ie. Airlines, Telco, Retail, Finance, E-Commerce and Startups.
