Editor's Notes
The strength of the coalition is the opportunity to learn from each other, to develop a coordinated effort and voice to serve SBA members and most importantly enhance the sectors capacity by building talent
#1• Develop an online, searchable resource directory which identifies current CSBI programming and key contacts (By date)• Directory to be promoted through BIO, Bio Institute and directly to CSBA leadership (By date)• Develop tool kit to assist CSBA in creating 501C3 organizations#2• Identify and prioritize programs that are scalable and fundable on a National platform (By date)• Assess CSBI network’s ability and desire to initiate national programming (By date)• Determine which current programs can be adapted to new states (By date)
You can be an SBA with no resources but a desire to get involved in talent development - CSBI will assist with best practices or guidance on national policies. And SBA are seeing the valueCSBI will provide national leadership on initiatives like STEM education
