The Advisement Report package offers a co-branded MyMajors survey that students can access from your website. The resulting Advisement Report, which offers students their top 10 “Best Fit” majors will also be branded with your schools logo. Students are looking for value to offer up their contact information. The MyMajors Advisement Report is a $15 value that you can offer free. We will provide you with all of the information that is captured in a database to use for other marketing efforts. Students switching Majors or staying undeclared can cause low retention, disengagement and dissatisfaction with their school. Use the MyMajors assessment to help your incoming freshman find their best fit Major and increase retention, engagement and satisfaction. We’ll also provide access codes that you can use on printed materials, online ads and any internal or external marketing materials.
  11. The stealth tracker allows you to identify students visiting your website in multiple ways. We can also use it to determine which of your applicants are serious about your school. With the Common App, students are now applying to schools they have little interest in. Are you spending valuable marketing dollars on students that have little interest in you? An assumption can be made that a student that if a student spends above average time on your site – they are a good candidate. 1. We input your lead database or admitted pool into our database server. 2. We send e-mail to the database offering value including a free MyMajors survey to help them with their decision process. If student responds to e-mail – we have an ID and map them back to the database. 3. Any students that are ID’d that visit your website we can track; providing web activity such as time on site, which pages they visited, number of visits, etc. All students in the MyMajors database will also be tracked if they visit your site.
