    All nominations are discussed by a panel with representation from across the
    board.

    We also recognize employee families by inviting them for company events and
    organizing special events which include family.

    Award functions and Special Events celebrated in the company include awards for
    outsourced functions like Facilities, housekeeping, cleaners etc.,
