This document discusses Apple's plans to develop an iPhone 6 that has a 3D display. It would come in different color options like red, blue, yellow, white and green. The 3D screen would be brighter and bigger, appealing to both young and old users. It may also be easier on the eyes. Developing the 3D iPhone would require an initial investment of 300,000 Euros with fixed monthly costs of 13,000 Euros. They estimate needing to sell 25 phones per month to break even. Local competition includes LG phones that can do 3D with certain apps but no other phones currently have a 3D display.

(re-building around 100,000 Eur, machines and inventory around200,000).
 Fixed Costs/month-around 5500 EUR rent+7500 EUR personal
costs=13000 EUR.
 Variable costs= 120EUR/mobile +10EUR/3D glasses.
(average price for mobile+glasses=650.)
 Break –Even-Point=130x+13000=650x-x=25
(In order to reach the profit zone 25 mobiles have to be sold
each month).

Problems- Interior design has to be financed ahead of
time.(savings or take out loan)
