What is poverty?
Poverty is the state of one who lack a certain
amount of material possessions or money.
Relative poverty is defined contextually as
economic inequality in the location that
people live in.

considered largely unavoidable as
traditional modes of production were
insufficient to give an entire population a
comfortable standard of living.

Noted for developing the concepts of microcredit and
microfinance. (Lending small amounts of money with
small interest)
