second layer of influence; recommendation of friends to join the club by the potential
customer?
Reflect poorly on the performance of Marketing and Information Technology department
Reason to reduce the Bonus of the people involved in the business process from marketing
campaign planning, brochure design, management, vendor printing out brochures, etc for a
greater share of the gross profit to be turned into Bonus for 'others'.

Greater Awareness at zero cost through E-Brochure
An E-Brochure where people could download off your website and Facebook easily. The
download link should be easily viewed on the page upon loading. This would promote easy
sharing of club with colleagues at work, family and friends in addition to the hardcopy
brochure where the distribution reach is much more limited. The E-version is free and uses
the softcopy design which was used to print the hardcopy.
You may consider that not everyone is able to open PDF files especially on older computers and
OS in developing countries. If you intend to open branches in developing countries. You may
like to consider distributing E-Brochures in HTML format as a webpage. All computers have
the basic Internet Explorer to open such files without need to purchase and install additional
software at cost and may require intensive system resources to load the brochure.
Target All Companies located around primary club site - Raffles Place. Approach their
Marketing department. Strike a deal and get the companies marketing team to broadcast
the E-Brochure with the Freebies and E-brochure through email to the staff. Most companies
allow this if this is a Win-Win situation for all stakeholders. You may consider approaching
my company as at #GreatEasternLifeAssurance, the health of our policyholders and staff are
of the utmost importance to us. Only with good health would you have time to spend with
your loved ones.

Navigating to #VirginActiveSingapore Facebook on smartphones
Used search term "VirginActive Singapore" on Apple Iphone 5 - Facebook app during 11.45am on
17 June 2013. There was no Facebook suggestion loaded and was unable to locate Facebook
page. After sending comment as user Debbie Nung, i tried to input the same search term on
the same day at 11.02pm. The Facebook suggestion shows the page and was able to locate
and access #VirginActiveSingapore Facebook.
After i liked #VirginActiveSingapore Facebook page, i tried to @VirginActiveSingapore on my
status post to share with my friends. The '@' mention feature does not work. How effective
would the marketing campaign be if my friends dont have a link on my status post to access
#VirginActiveSingapore Facebook page?
I do not think #VirginActiveSingapore is on Twitter as there is no reference on their brochures.
I would recommend #VirginActiveSingapore to consider Google+ as a marketing channel.
