other methodologies on this program of change. This initiative had visibility up to the provincial government level and was

Program budget was in excess of 65M CAD, with over 70 local and international program resources and 17 Workstreams.
Managed the Program Management Office (PMO) and created and maintained the Program Management Plan while
managing the interaction between multiple high level program business and government stakeholders. Created and
maintained best practices and standards while utilizing the weekly program dashboard reporting structure (which I created)
