  10. 10. 1. Get them plugged into one or more FB groups: Simple. Healthy. Oils.(Support and Team Groups) ~ How Do I Use My Oils? ~ Young Living Mommy ~ Oily Family Room ~ Oily Wisdom 2. Tell them about oil-testimonials.com and ylsearch.com 3. Email them the 110 Uses for the Everyday Oils PDF and Ditch the Drugstore PDF if this was not given at the class. 4. Snail mail them a personalized Thank You Card 5. Make sure they know about Essential Rewards and how to place their next order. Give them this link: http://youngliving.org for their Virtual Office. 6. Call them in about a week to make sure their oils arrived. 7. Either give them a reference book or tell them where to get one. 8. Follow up again after they have been using their oils for a few weeks to see if they have any questions or concerns. 9. Ask them if they are interested in hosting a class to share oils with their friends/family! 10. If they express interest in the business side, offer to add them to How Do I Use My Oils? Team ~ Anointed Oilers ~ YLM - Team ~ Oily Family Office ~ Essential YL Connections.

  14. 14.  DO NOT POST about anything Politics, Religion or any subject that is controversial.  If someone is asking for more information, private message them!

Offer what has worked for you or reference the EOPR.  NO NEED to start a group unless you organization is more than 500 people.  Keep Business separate from Support/Education  Branding - Consistency

Avoid becoming emotionally attached (taking it too personally when people say no) and easily swayed to rejection and negative outside influence. #3. The Fortune is in the Follow-Up : If you aren't the one to tell your contacts about Young Living, someone else WILL! Follow-Up! #4. Allow RESOURCES AND TOOLS to educate your prospects and members. Playing the role of 'expert' will fail. #5. Remember that YL is your Business, and must be treated as such. Take your business seriously and make the time to tend to all of the other 9 items on this list + Taxes! Tax write offs.
  21. 21. #6. Do what those successful leaders have done before you! #7. Take the time to learn and understand the compensation plan and policies and procedures. #8. Make scheduling and executing events a priority. #9. Let others know about the opportunity of Young Living - Keeping it a secret makes others feel as though you have something to hide. Be proud of our business model. You'll meet amazing people, be educated by your mentors, and have the ability to impact 1000's and 1000's of lives! #10. Stick To It!!! Give it at LEAST one solid year of CONCENTRATED effort!! You never know if the month you are considering throwing in the towel is your 'turning month' before achieving that incredible goal!
