Employee Engagement

• Heighten employee understanding of Xylem Watermark ‘s programs and
  the work of that our non profit partners are doing.

• Re-energize Watermark’s Ambassador/Champions network.

• Increase employee involvement in and commitment to Xylem
  Watermark programs (new and old).

• Launch a regionalized Watermark trip program with the goal of providing
  more employees with a hands on experience.
