Imagine an IT project that introduces a new integrated working environment, changing collaboration tools and devices for 120,000 employees worldwide. How to enable employees for a smooth transition – and at the same time inspire new ways of working? Change Management expert Cordelia Krooß shared her experiences at the IOM Summit in Cologne, Germany, on September 28,2016.
