This document contains a questionnaire about packaged wheat flour brands. It asks respondents about their gender, age group, whether they buy packaged flour, and their preferred brand. It then asks them to rate advantages of packaged flour over traditional flour milled at local mills. Finally, it asks them to rate different flour brands on various parameters like popularity, quality, cost, availability and hygiene. The questionnaire aims to gather consumer insights about major flour brands to help the project be successful. It thanks respondents for their cooperation at the end.
