Materials needed: post-its, sharpies
Timing
● 1st part: 3 rounds of max. 10 mins
○ Each round:
■ start individually 1 min in silence
■ 2 mins per pair
■ 4 mins whole group
● 2nd part: 3 rounds of max. 10 mins

1. Make a list of all you can do to make sure that
you achieve the most ineffective, inefficient,
worst performing team regarding the skill
selected.
TRIZ is a theory of inventive problem solving

2. Go down this list item by item and ask yourselves,
‘Is there anything that we are currently doing that in any
way, shape, or form resembles this item?’
Be brutally honest to make a second list of all your
counterproductive activities towards most ineffective,
worst performing teams.

3. Go through the items on your second list and
decide what first steps will help you STOP what
you know creates undesirable results?
Formulate this: “I will STOP doing...”

3/ Client turns back -- does NOT speak - listen!
Other persons (“coaches”) ask (powerful) questions (3 mins)
4/ Client provides feedback: what was useful, what not (2 mins)
