which subsequently went bankrupt and has been acquired by a major Russian
financial group. Despite numerous negotiations the counterparty refused to pay
the credit amount referring to the change occurring in the stockholder's structure
and criminal proceedings in relation to one of the bank’s directors. We have
prepared a detailed assessment of legal risks related to initiating litigation against
the bank and elaborated all documentation for the client to initiate court
proceedings
