CONCLUSION
The internship program was a truly rewarding experience. I
witnessed the execution of all the HR functions in real life, however I only had
theoretical knowledge about them which answered many "whys" of mine.
This experience brought out my strength and also the areas I needed to
improvise. It added more confidence to my professional approach, built a stronger
positive attitude and taught me how to work in a team as a player.
Hence, I can sum up by saying that my internship experience was a milestone to my
academic and professional experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges that came
along every single day. I could also bring some minor improvisations during my
internship which were able to leave their marks. These lessons that I have learned will be
a valuable one for my future endeavors as well.
