I’m Gillian Madill, on the Admin Marketing team at Salesforce, and I’m excited to be here in DC! I spent several years living & working here after college but that was so long ago that I forgot what seasons are…hello Spring! Why am I here to talk to you about being a successful Salesforce Admin? Well, I’ve been with Salesforce a little over 5 years and for most of those years, I worked communicating technology changes to our Salesforce Admins.
