Sometimes it makes sense to do different things for different groups. If budgets are being squeezed, think of the best and most efficient ways to solve learning challenges.

Re-use content wherever you can Start with the core shared messages. can be packaged and reused for different groups. e.g. Subject overview Making your content more relevant Involve stakeholders from your audience and give them clearly defined tasks. Seek efficiency of ID effort Use templates and common structures in areas that you can. Build in subtle changes for different groups. Include personalisation techniques in content Single course with different tracks. Only slides changed and lots of reflection.
