  10. How to solve this problem then ? You need to learn social skills
  11. What exactly are social skills Core skills required for getting along well with others. For working together & living together . We use social skills everyday to let people know how we feel & To understand how other people feel .
  12. Bad Social Skills Grab something without asking Push someone out of the way To interrupt others' conversations Throw a tantrum when you don’t get your way Cutting in line Telling a lie Saying mean things to others Not caring about how your actions impact the other people
  13. Good Social Skills •Waiting for your turn •Asking before you take or use something that belongs to someone else •Saying please and thank you •Waiting in line •Noticing how someone is feeling •Not interrupting
  14. •Showing kindness when someone is having a bad day •Being excited with someone when they are having a good day(empathy) •Using words instead of hitting •Telling the truth •Respecting people’s differences •Considering how your actions impact other people

  18. Have you ever noticed that you become lethargic after being angry That’s because you lose a lot of energy By getting aggressive

  20. Invite COOL Thoughts Let it go This isn’t worth getting angry about I didn’t want this but still I’ll survive
  21. Anger is from Satan. Anger spoils Eemaan. He is mighty and powerful, who control himself in anger. Sayings of Prophet S.A.W.
  22. What Allah Has said about momineen When they get angry they forgive . Surah Al-Shurah And restrain rage and pardon men and Allah loves the good doers.[Surah Al.Imran: 134]
  23. The Holy Messenger (peace be upon him) has said “Anger comes from the devil, the devil was created of fire, and fire is extinguished only by water; so when one of you becomes angry , he should perform ablution.”
  24. The Holy Messenger (peace be upon him) has said, after seeing two people angry at one another: “I know a word which, if he were to say it, what he feels would go away; he needs to say ‘I seek refuge with Allah from the shaytaan,’ and all his anger would go away.” (Sahih Bukhaari: Volume 6, 337)
