Summary ► WSJF is an approach for sequencing jobs to produce maximum economic benefit ► Proxy values are used to relatively score jobs; remember start with 1, and use relatively scores ► The biggest impact to the WSJF ranking is job size; try to break things down into small increments ► Your context will change, WSJF should be revisited at regular intervals 23
