- Welcome everyone and thank you very much for coming to the fourth event of the Project & Programme Assurance Specific Interest Group of the Association for Project Management. Appreciate that taking a day out can be difficult particularly in this economic climate. I hope you all, both speakers and delegates, learn something new today, perhaps and different approach to assurance, that you can apply within your organisations and/or within the work of the SIG. Topic of conference goes to the heart of what the SIG is all about.
