Learn more about Pranayamas, Patanjali Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, vedas, upanishads and Yoga Anatomy
Learn Meditation from a world renowned meditation guru (of Spiritual Reality fame)
Learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda, yogic diet
Learn the Art of teaching (soft skills training)
Astrology sessions for those interested to learn the basics
Sanskrit language classes to learn the common words used.
Field trips to temples, ashrams, ayurveda hospitals, anatomy lab, waterfalls etc
Participate in festivities to understand more about Indian culture (Havan, Puja etc..)
