Our Services Translation – English to Spanish or Spanish to English translation of manuscripts, websites, brochures, birth certificates, transcripts, etc. Interviews– conduct interviews with Spanish-speaking clients for clinical visits, studies, job training, newspaper articles, etc. Transcription – Spanish transcription of pre-recorded sessions. We work with VoiceWalker transcription software. Revision/Editing – revision and editing of manuscripts, websites, brochures, etc. for Spanish language and cultural authenticity. Cultural Consultation – one-on-one or group consultations on Latin American general practices and cultural framework targeted to companies starting new projects with Latino(a) individuals/organizations, and individuals pre-departure for work in a Latino country.

Our Commitment to Quality As a member of the Midwest Association of Translators and Interpreters (MATI), we follow the American Translators Association (ATA) Code of Professional Conduct and Business Ethics. We only take on jobs that we feel qualified to complete - meaning we have the technical expertise to conduct the service, have the time to dedicate to the task and finish by the deadline given by the client, and take into consideration any conflicts of interest. As a small company, with one native English speaker and one native Spanish speaker, we only offer ES>EN or EN>ES services, but in this way we can insure the quality and authenticity of any project.
