We hope you enjoy reading the 2018 Mid-Year Report. Our company is on a mission to redefine the real
estate experience for our associates, clients and employees. The theme at the Kickoff Event in January
was INNOVATE. In 2018, we have seen the world of real estate changing at a faster pace and that
presents a great opportunity!
Through the first seven months of 2018, we saw record accomplishments in virtually every aspect of our
business. Our units and sales volume were higher and our average sales price jumped to the highest level
in our history. This is the result of increasing home values and our associates selling a higher mix of luxury
properties. As we look into the second half, we expect to see a robust finish to 2018. Demand is strong
with more people moving to Metro Atlanta and North Georgia.
The most important focus for the second half needs to be setting appointments and having live
conversations with potential clients. These are the âlead measuresâ that will have the most influence on
your 2018 production. Our company ran an Appointment Setting SURGE from Cinco de Mayo to July
4th for the agents in our 2nd through 4th quartiles of production. Congratulations to everyone who
participated. There were incredible success stories. We generated 9500 new appointments and listings
increased 30% in July!
Our strategic partnership with the Tom Ferry organization has paid big dividends for our associates. We
hosted an awesome Sales Edge with Bill Pipes. Debbie Holloway was here to give our teams or aspiring
teams some strategies and tactics to improve their business. Tom Ferry will be here live on August 28th
for a very special event at the Cobb Galleria. Jeff Mays will be here on September 12th and 13th for a
session on Lead Generation. Jeff will return on October 18th for a full day on Business Planning for 2019.
No other brokerage offers such a comprehensive program with these incredible experts.
The Vayner Media âpersona campaignsâ from the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise have been
a great success. Please make sure you do not miss the opportunity to leverage the videos and social
media content in your marketing. We are also excited about the opportunity to leverage the Salesforce
platform announced at Kickoff. Salesforce is the leading CRM and sales automation platform in the world.
Gino Blefari, Chris Stuart and their team are doing a great job and we look for more innovations as we
finish 2018 and move into the new year.
Our company was proud to have raised a record $119, 265 for the Sunshine Kids last year. The Sunshine
Kids is our national charity for children with cancer and we have raised well over $1 million in the last
20 years. The Sunshine Kids were here in Atlanta for a series of events from August 8th through 11th.
Our Annual Sunshine Kids Charity Auction will be held on Friday, September 28th. Please get involved

8. Commercial Real Estate
Our Commercial Real Estate Division had a record first half of 2018.
Closed sales volume was up 41% over 2017. Congratulations to 400
North, Buckhead, Gainesville and Cherokee for the largest gains.
Consumers have recognized our team with Consumerâs Choice
Award for three years in a row. Look for some exciting news this fall
with the introduction of the new Berkshire Hathaway Commercial
Real Estate brand.
Property Management
With escalating property values and a shortage of listing Inventory,
many owners are ready to list their property for sale. Many
investors are also entering the market and are in need professional
management services to maximize their investment and minimize
their risk. The value of property management extends beyond the
lease term. It allows us to cultivate relationships with your referred
owners that position you for the future listing when the owner is
ready to sell. Building on last yearâs successful conversion from
lease to listings, we continue to refer these owners back to you for
additional commission dollars.
Corporate Services
Atlanta has consistently been recognized for its favorable business
climate and Is a top destination for new and expanding companies.
Through ongoing business development efforts, our corporate
relocation service team works diligently to grow and maintain
corporate partnerships that bring more business opportunities for
our associates. We introduced our new e-Relocation software earlier
this year to improve process and efficiency for our associates. Our

and continuously works to improve both conversion rates and the
