20. The making of “BAHULU”
1. Preparing the wheat flour
a. Firstly, the wheat flour was heated first, the time duration
was unsure because the wheat floor was left inside the
baking machine after the last usage of the machine in that
day.
b. Conventionally, before this method was use the wheat flour
was heated under the sun but it faces few problem problem
like contamination. By heating it in baking machine, it can be
heat properly without contamination.
c. Secondly, sifting the flour to prevent the wheat flour
become lumpy. This process was done using sifting machine.

2. Mixing the ingredient
Sugar, vanilla essence, 200 ml Ice cream soda,
two spoon of sodium benzoate, wheat flour,
baking cake flour (blue key), and egg yolk are
put together in the cake rotor for 30 minutes.

3. Shaping the “ bahulu ”
After 15 minutes, put the ingredient mixture
in the hot bahulu former. Each cup of the
bahulu former fill up with one full spoon.

4. Baking the ingredient mixture
After that, put the bahulu former inside the
baking machine for 10 minutes with 190
celcius of temperature.
