24. Assessment - Portfolio 1. Reflective writing on your development as a teacher Includes: ‘Opening statement’, brief reflective assignments and an end of year ‘Closing Statement’ (Cumulative word count: 3,000 words) 2. Final presentation for the interview (in a folder with integrated clips) 3. Five 'artefacts' (e.g. lesson plan, class tests, student survey) to symbolise professional development
