 PD-L1(Programmed Death Ligand) is a member of
the B7 family which was found by Dong et al. from
a placenta cDNA Library in 1999.
 PD-L1 (CD 274/ B7H1) is a tansmembrane
protein, part of immune check point, expressed on
both tumor cells and immune cells.

macrophages, myeloid DCs, B cells.
