This document provides the class schedule for group fitness classes at Minneapolis Recreational Sports for January 28 to May 10. It lists the class types offered each day of the week along with instructor names and start times. Locations for different class types are also indicated. The schedule includes options for cardiovascular/strength training, indoor cycling, yoga/pilates/tai chi, and shallow water aquafit classes. Participants have the option to purchase an unlimited FITPASS for the semester or pay a daily drop-in fee.

LOCATION
• Classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise marked.
• Classes are held on a first come, first serve basis.
• Classes are subject to cancellation if participation
numbers are consistently less than 4.
• Always consult a physician prior to starting any
exercise program.
PLEASE NOTE
The FITPASS is an unlimited semester pass that in-
cludes all cardio, strength, and mind-body classes.
The FITPASS is not valid for Recreational Sports
water aerobic classes.
Participants may purchase a FITPASS at either the
Member Service Office at the University Recreation
and Wellness Center or at the front desk of the St.
Paul Gymnasium.
Passes are non-refundable after the first week of
classes, they are non-transferable, and are only
valid for one semester.
