This presentation covers the various options for creating mobile apps for iOS as well as other popular platforms including Android. The landscape is changing quickly, so we'll review everything from HTML5 web-only apps, cross-platform development tools, HTML-enabled "hybrid" apps, all the way to the full native XCode environment. We'll cover best practices for managing the mobile app lifecycle from design, beta, rollout, update management, to retirement. We'll also see a demonstration of how to deploy and manage mobile apps in an "enterprise" or corporate environment for iOS and Android.
