WORK AT TERADATA
At Teradata, I am responsible for enhancing and maintaining Teradata Parsing Engine and Optimizer code
base. Responsible for developing complex features like support of multiple expression in inlist, backward
and forward resolution of with list etc independently.
Also responsible for fixing real time high complexity customer issue, which comes after three levels of
failed resolution.
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structure, and Teradata architecture to understand the
SQL parsing and cost based optimization techniques to implement features.
• Work involves, extensive knowledge in reverse engineering to understand and maintain legacy
code bases, by doing code walkthrough and extensively using gdb to replicate difficult customer
scenarios and nailing it down by providing scalable solutions, keeping performance in mind.

At Cisco, I am a Development Engineer, working as a part of Network Operating System Technology
Group which provides Infrastructural Platform Independent Architectural Solutions to other technology
2. groups. I am responsible for developing tools and utilities for various platforms which are internally used
across Cisco. Worked in this group for past 3 years
My present role includes
• Independently Responsible for developing C-Flow & profiler solutions which are used to
track the code coverage over various platform used in Cisco like IOS,MCP, XR, NXOS,
which helps in improving the cisco wide code quality.
• Cflow Libraries developed were in C and cflow scripts were developed in perl.
• Also worked to develop distributed server multiple client system, to distribute big data,
using socket programming in C.
Previous Role
I previously worked for 2 years as a part of Service Routing Technology group, providing enterprise
routing solutions, my responsibilities included,
