I have conducted a post-testing research to find out
consumer recognition and recall in the following
products:-
i. Toothpaste.
ii. Shampoo.
iii. Antiseptic liquid.
iv. Bank.

3. PRODUCT RECALL
A recall test among 20 people was conducted.
The product wise results are:-

8. PRODUCT RECOGNITION
a) Toothpaste
Colgate was used for the recognition test in
which 13 people out of 20 have identified the
product correctly and the remaining 7 were of
different opinion. Pie chart display is given below:-

Next I used Pantene for the study .12 people
out of 20 could identified the product correctly. Pie
chart display is given below:-

For this study I used Dettol and 20 out of 20
people identified the product correctly.

13. d) Bank
SBT pay in slip was used to conduct the test. The
result was interesting. A large number of people
fail to identify it correctly. Opinion expressed by
various people are shown below:-
