The presentation analyses a database of good-practice interventions in improving access and participation in Higher Education, collected by the IDEAS project, with the intention of determining if and how technology can contribute towards improving access to, and participation in Higher Education around the world. The presentation was delivered as part of the UNESCO/ICDE Seminar, "Online, Open and Flexible Higher Education for the Future we Want", on 9th June 2015 at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.
