Un-employability is the state of not being fit for
employment even if the candidate is qualified for
a teacher.

"It is not unemployment which is a
major problem; it is the question of 'un-
employability' which is a bigger crisis

To examine the current status of teaching-
learning culture in India
To discuss about the paradigm shift of
teacher’s roles from information providers to
