Recipe for Erasmus+ project 'Heritage around us'

1. Rosół – broth

2. Ingredients:
• meat (in our case 3 types of meat; chicken, duck
and beef),
• offals, e.g. stomachs of poultry and poultry
hearts
• carrots, parsleys, celery, leek, lovage and onion
• grainy pepper, allspice, bay leaves
• pasta
• leaves of parsley
• salt and pepper

• leaves of parsley, salt and pepper

5. Recipe:
1) You have to bake onion
for taste and colour

7. Recipe:
2) We must everything insert into the pot
and we must pour it with water.
We must add seasonings (grainy pepper,
Allspice, bay leaves)

9. Recipe:
3) We boil everything for minimum
2 hours, but we can't lead to
boiling.

11. Recipe:
4) At the end we have to flavor
it with salt and pepper.

12. 5) We serve it with pasta and leaves
of parsley.
