Organization
Explaining organizational structure, Jeffery D Whippo shares that
planning the structure is important to make sure that there are
enough human resources with the right skills to accomplish
company’s goals. According to him, the organizational structure
should be designed with clear lines of communication in mind.
Emphasizing growth and expansion, he shares that a sound
organization structure ensures that the company has the right
people in the right positions.
As the company grows, the organization structure must evolve with
it. Moreover, a well-designed organization structure facilitates the
completion of projects. Poorly structured organizations find that
critical deadlines are not met because there were not sufficient
human resources in each department to accomplish all parts of a
given task.
Jeffery David Whippo explains that having a proper structure is
very important for an organization. It is an important factor when it
comes to the company’s success, growth, and profit. It gives clear
profit and makes sure that responsibilities are clearly defined. In
addition, if the structure is properly defined, it becomes very easy
for the company employees to communicate. They would know
whom to report and they would have clear lines of communication
in mind.
Without a formal organizational structure, employees may find it
difficult to know who they officially report to in different situations,
and it may become unclear exactly who has the final responsibility
of what.
