Kumaran Nagar, Sholinganallur, Chennai – 600 119,.
I hereby accept the full and final settlement amount to my fullest satisfaction
of all my claims / demands – both statutory and other payments and I assure
that I shall not raise any claim or demand against M/s TDYAS
ENTERPRISES, Kelambakkam or M/s RAMSAYS CORPORATION PVT
