colour without ribs.
Insulation:
80 mm thick Injected CFC-Free polyurethane foam
of 40 kg/m³ density
( Plastisol – composed of white colour PVC coating
system over GI sheet for 200 microns which is high
resistance to abrasion and damage and which is also
water resistant and washable. ).
3. PARTITION

4. FIRE RATING
Roof, wall & partition cladding meets the flame
retardancy requirements according to DIN 4102
Class B3 and according to ASTM D 1692 and ISO
3582 test (self extinguishing foam) Total panel is
B2 classified.
5. FLASHING
0.7 mm thick GI Plastisol RAL 9003, whitecolour,
for all external flashings along with stainless steel
fasteners, rivets, sealants, tapes and coloured
plastic caps, as is where applicable.

coated to RAL 9003, white colour, single glazed 6 mm th.
reflective tempered glass of brown colour.
Toilet windows “W2” shall be of fixed type with single
glazed 6 mm thick obscured glass fitted with 8” dia
exhaust fans.
