 Investigated the relationship between IMTG (Intramuscular triglycerides) and Insulin resistance in Obese Type 2 Diabetic in-vitro model on C2C12 cell line followed by high throughput screening of new chemical entities for its respective efficacy. 
 Investigated the effect of HSD11b1 mediated Endoplasmic Reticulum stress (ADME/Tox) on Type 2 Diabetic invitro model using C2C12 cell line.
