‘’NOY’’
INTRODUCTION
The man who tries to raise his family from poverty. He works as a reporter for him to help
his family and the needs of his younger sister. He is a loving, carrying and helpful son to his
mother. They belong to a small and poor family. He tries to promise to her younger sister that
she can pursue in high school. Even if her mother doesn’t know how to read and write, he does
respect her mother at all. And during his campaign Noy become more aware of the responsibility
of real journalist. While a fresh wave of the nationalistic fervor and enthusiasm for Noy's family
and disparity between the two ''Noy'' increasingly evident. If one lives for the truth, the other
lives a lie to survive. The real meat of the story really lies on the plight of Noy's family
struggling to rise from poverty, and the problems and miseries that haunt them. What is being
shown in this movie does happen in real life. But the problem is that the film was not subtle in
depicting it. During the lowest, most depressing part of the movie (when Noy and his brother
argue over something), the main characters are suddenly being bombarded with problems that
seem to have ridiculously popped up out of nowhere at the same time with a lack of basis to
support the problem's existence.
SUMMARY

Noy is a good and loving son to his mother. He works at the media as a reporter. He belongs
to a poor family. He is a helpful man to his mother and brother. He served as a breadwinner to
his family. Noy (coco martin) poses as a journalist commissioned to come up with a
documentary following the campaign trail of his name sake and top presidential bet sen.Benigno
''noy' Aquino for the 2010 election. It started when Noy, who has ambition to be a news reporter,
fake his school record to enter a major TV station, presidential campaign everywhere.
Meanwhile, his wife, divine initially discourage him was forced to agree. He covered Senator
Aquino's campaign from Luzon, visayas and Mindanao every time from sunrise to midnight,
from line cover age to record editing. His older brother, bong crippled by polio, jealous at noy at
his lucky streak, unintentionally joined caloy's group, notorious at drug dealing. Meanwhile,
some jealous TV presenters investigated Noy's background. They reported it to jane. Noy was
immediately summoned and fire when they found out his fake identity, but gave him one last
shot to cover Sen. Aquino’s campaign in Tarlac. He returned in his home in aertex compound,
just to see his brother being mauled b caloy and his things. He was spotted and killed by caloy,
falling his body in the flood water. In the end of the film, Noy's family observed his death by
lighting in front of his portrait
''The significant event in the movie''
The significant event in the movie that made the best in won prestigious award in 2010
is that, Noy do everything for the sake of his family he fake his credential for him to have a
work. Because of his ambition to become a journalist. But Noy is not without its share of merits
more than anything , because of its good acting taking the exaggerated miseries aside the
dramatic scene are undeniable potent. Because noy deliver the passion required of his
breadwinner. There are shades that angst frustration and a little hope. But Noy gave his best to
raise his family from poverty. Even if Noy are the only one who tries to raise his family without
the help of his brother. He never doubt for it because he knows how there was situation is all
about.
''The lesson and value that I’ve learn''
The lesson and value that I learned that I can inculcate in applying in modern times to
help other people is that we should learned how to give chance of other. Because everyone
deserved as a second chance. We should value things that we have. Because in a realities that
we Filipino typically everyman Filipino usually living within poverty line, and because of what
only the matter is the interest of his family it’s a bitter reality but genuine nationalism in really
quite rare and usual it is the law of every man, a woman for him of his family. We as a Filipino
we should value things what god has given to us. Because we all know that only god knows our
future. If someone who needs our help we never doubt it we should help them, because it is
not easy on that kind of situation. We always put god in the center because God will always
there in times of our struggle we all know that we need to sacrifice what problem should
encounter to our daily lives.
The film did not succeed on giving ample background on the other details of the movie. There
wasn't much explanation why the area where Noy lives in is in a flooded state. Sure, we are
aware of this right now, but audiences of this movie who are from other places outside manila or
from another country or is watching this movie 15 years from now might be rendered clueless as
to this background detail. Giving your audience background information is important in filming a
movie like this which attempts to define the current reality situation. It was also not clear as to
how Noy got into pretending as a media man. It felt like it relied on an audience who has already
read the synopsis or seen the trailer. An audience who has not read or seen the trailer may not
have a full understanding of what is going on in this movie.
''Additional insight information that the movie wants to express to the Filipino''
The film deals with the realistic files of poverty for man Filipino. somewhere out there live the
ordinary Noy's who despite poverty and limited opportunities, struggle to do something to
empower the crippled elder and give some rays of hope for young mind to the next generation
even if it is means sacrificing self. Noy are one half melodramas about a poor pinoy family and
one half mock documentaries about the liberal party's standard bearer, in the melodrama half
we follow the struggles of noy who takes on the padre de family duties for his father.
Unfortunately, these scene are neither insightful nor entertaining because of its the
documentary half is mere marketing ploy to give noy and edge over other by trying to make
relevant.
''The relation of this movie Noy in the relation of our subject economics.''
The relation in this movie noy in our subject in economics is that we Filipino must satisfy the
needs and wants because it is not easy to find a job. We all know that many people struggling in
our to days economics crisis. Because some of Filipino not finish on their study. They can't find a
job or a good job. But they were trying to find a job for them to raise there daily needs.
Conclusions:
Noy is a lost soul tested and shattered by difficulties looking for it, if not his families
redemption. Despite all the bitter actually we all face the problem. These films make me realize
that when things get really unpleasant and difficult to handle when nothing seems right and
everything goes wrong your family would always to be there to run on you. Noy is not only
about a lost man who found someone that could possibly uplift his countries situation. It's not
merely about hope and succeed. It's a voice out that we all have a responsibility not only
towards ourselves and our family, but also for all the people around us.
