2. Pumpkin soup
It’s not just the creamy soup that it’s perfectly balanced in terms of flavors and aromas, it’s also the caramelized
walnuts and bacon pieces that will make everyone nuts about it!
Equipment you will need:

4. Medium Frying Pan

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lbs Pumpkin
1 liter Water
1 cup Coconut Milk
2 cups Chicken Broth
50g Bacon
1 tsp Red Curry
2 tsp Chilli Pepper Flakes
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
½ cup Walnuts

7. Add your Pumpkin, Salt, Red Curry and Chilli flakes to the pot and cook for 25-30 minutes or until tender

On a medium sized frying pan, melt your Butter on low heat and add your brown Sugar, when fully
melted, stir and combine

Add your Walnuts to the Caramel and stir for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-high until the Walnuts start to get
darker

9. Remove the Walnuts from the pan and reserve, now on the same frying pan add your chopped Bacon
pieces and cook for 3 minutes until crispy

Blend your soup and serve in a bowl
