The premise is that our ancestors were resourceful in consuming healthy foods and vegetables to prevent health problems, but we have lost this knowledge over time. The Campaign idea "Sustho thakte Bori Noy, Prokiti e Somadhan" created to encourage people to adopt proactive measures to stay healthy.
