the 3 “… ness es” aware ness It is important to understand that we do not perceive with our senses. We perceive through the interpretation of the signals by our brain! Quantum Physics, the study of sub atomic particles that form all matter has proved that nothing is solid and everything is energy, vibrating at different frequencies.
the 3 “… ness es” aware ness One of the most amazing misconceptions is the assumption that because these frequency waves engage our five senses, therefore it is our senses that actually experience the reality around us.

the 3 “… ness es” aware ness When we take in data preconceptions - we are sensing ; when we focus on particular sensations and categorize them according to our memory system (selecting/filtering), we are perceiving ; and when we draw conclusions about their patterns and meaning, we are thinking . For example : you sense a ball coming straight for your face, the sensing goes from the eyes to the brain, your brain perceives this message and turns it into a thought. Therefore you are observing this and your brain is organizing.
aware ness the 3 “… ness es” 2000 bits per second sensing perceiving / actual aware ness 400 billion bits of information per second (Dr Joe Dispenza - What the Bleep Do We Know? www.drjoedispenza.com) selecting/filtering ?

aware ness the 3 “… ness es” The shocking news is: We use less than 1% of our true mental potential… The good news is: … we can increase the percentage we use. (Dr Jill Ammon-Wexler - Pioneer Brain/Mind Research; www.quantum-self.com) Therefore, if we increase what we know and our mental power, then - Dr Ammon-Wexler suggests - we will see more!
aware ness the 3 “… ness es” Expanding Perception or coming back to our senses Anything we want to understand or experience means we need to develop the capacity to perceive it. Holding our attention on any thing we want to experience with conviction and acceptance is the key. Supporting exercises are – for example the body scan or guided me ditations. These are designed to evolver our ability to concentrate and to expand our consciousness.
conscious ness the 3 “… ness es” “ No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” Albert Einstein “ Only when your consciousness is totally in the moment you are in you can receive whatever gift, lesson, or delight that moment has to offer.” Barbara De Angelis “ It is the responsibility of leadership to provide opportunity, and the responsibility of individuals to contribute.” William Pollard
conscious ness the 3 “… ness es” To reach your full potential, you need to take responsibility for your actions in mindful ways... This requires that you consciously become the cause of the results that you want. Refuse to behave like a victim or to wait for someone to save you from your problems…
conscious ness the 3 “… ness es” You have a choice! you can pay attention and be fully present when you are making critical decisions, such as: working on a project, reading your performance review or deciding whether to have another drink. Or you can be physically present but mentally absent during these activities. Either way, you are responsible for your level of consciousness you bring to any occasion and you are responsible for the results. Dr. Nathaniel Branden
mindful ness the 3 “… ness es” The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice there is little we can do to change until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds. R.D. Laing
mindful ness the 3 “… ness es” I never came upon any of my discoveries through the process of rational thinking. Albert Einstein Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into small jobs. Henry Ford Mindfulness is the practice whereby a person is intentionally aware of his or her thoughts and actions in the present moment, non-judgmentally. Mindfulness is applied to both bodily actions and the mind’s own thoughts and feelings. Wikipedia, the free encyclopaedia
mindful ness the 3 “… ness es” Some people seem to be born happy. Some seem born to be great leaders. How much of this is down to how the brain is wired and how much of it can be changed?

mindful ness the 3 “… ness es” Your current situation? Hard drives are packed, file cabinets are filled, and office floors are piled with the pending and pressing. Shareholder values, credit crunch and global crisis, demanding market and customers and there’s the BlackBerry constantly alarming… Running a corporation is often a matter of details and deadlines.

mindful ness the 3 “… ness es” But how does a CEO, VP, Director… bring a semblance of pattern to this complex clutter? The answer is actually a quiet one. It begins with a mental shift from a mind-filled perspective - to the mindful perspective: described as slowing it down
mindful ness the 3 “… ness es” Let me describe what “ slowing it down ” means in a corporate world. Slowing it down enables to use the mindful approach which allows the organization to move more efficiently and accomplish more. Insights gained by looking inside enabling sustainable and success-defining decisions.
mindful ness the 3 “… ness es” Let me describe what “ slowing it down ” means in a corporate world. Organizations, practicing the mindful approach already, have become more aware, more responsible (response able), more connected to their own resiliency and flexibility, more adaptable and agile in operating within today’s complex environments. The outcome of which is a more productive and successful organisation .
the 3 “… ness es” aware ness conscious ness mindful ness … and what is your excuse not to slowing it down ?
