6. The Deming Cycle for QA Quality Assurance is not achieved by completing the four steps of the cycle. It is a Cyclical and iterative process!!!
7. Learning Objects…the key factor We defined the Items of Knowledge as the smallest component in which we can divide the curricular content. (OES 1991) John Wiley introduced the term Learning Objects in 1997, in his PhD thesis at Stanford University. Quality Assurance needs METRICS.

Closing the cycle: Ebbinghaus and the Forgetting Curves Ebbinghaus investigation offers an answer for the previous questions: Collect the metrics at the first time, 2, 5, 15, and 30 days later Ebbinghaus observed that iterative reinforcements increase retention. The slope of the forgetting curve changes with every new reinforcing . After a 30 days review, the slope does not change significativelly.
