5. The W.E.L.L. Summit
This innovative summit promoting
beauty, fitness, and overall
wellness, brings together a panel
of experts for 2 days of open
discussions and advice on how to
become your best self through
focusing on your health.
6. TCS Marathon
This popular event allows runners
to sign up in support of a program
near and dear to my heart: the
American Diabetes Association.
Runners can sign up to run on
behalf of the cause of their choice
in this friendly event that reaches
thousands of people.
7. Fitbit Local New York
Fitbit Local New York hosts
monthly workouts completely free
of charge to the public,
incorporating kick-boxing and boot
camp exercises. This year’s big
event, held on June 16th, was only
an hour long and participants were
entered for a free Fitbit.
