5. Roles and Responsibility of Developer
• The duties of a builder are that all constructions should be
made on land legally in his possession& not on any disputed
or agricultural land. All building laws shall be followed during
the construction of the building. The construction material
used should be standard.
• The selling of property should be as per law with all legal
papers correct.
• Duties of the builder: - (1) Legal construction (2) Safe

• Mostly one architect is assigned for a particular project.

them in the government corporation.
• Builder chooses an Architect, whom he feels is capable
enough for giving a better look to his construction.
• Architect provides a full structure plan to the builder. He
decides the colour, the design, the specific areas for parking,

• A lawyer could bring to your attention proposed terms
homebuyers often do not consider, even though such terms
could save them time and money.
• Purchasers need to remember the purchase agreement
usually covers only real property and fails to address some
personal property that you may want included in the deal,
such as a washer or dryer in the home. Such items, however,
can be included in a formal offer. The lawyer can also advise
homebuyers about the merits or pitfalls of the terms a seller
is proposing.

• A lawyer can explain the difference and decide which is best
for your specific situation. Once comfortable with the
contract’s language, the lawyer will oversee the execution of
the contract by both parties.
• A real estate attorney will also review a title search with the
client to ensure there are no lies, bankruptcies, unpaid taxes
or outstanding mortgages against the property.
• Real estate lawyers document and review real estate
transactions, including purchases, leases, inspections and

9. Roles and Responsibility of RCC Consultant
• A RCC Consultant decides how to give structure to the plan
provided by architect.
• He manages materials required for construction.
• A testing report or certificate is required from RCC Consultant
for which he investigates the materials to be used for
construction and after that the construction is started.
• Re-adjustment of R. C. C. design as per the revised
requirements of the client as and when required.
• Visit to the site as and when requested, for checking quality
