  3. 3. What are invertebrates? Invertebrate animals haven’t got a backbone. Invertebrate animals do not have a spinal column. Invertebrates don’t have an internal skeleton.
  4. 4. What are invertebrates? All invertebrate animals are oviparous.
  5. 5. Do you remember… What vertebrate animals are born from eggs? Birds Reptiles Fish Amphibians
  6. 6. What are invertebrates? They live in many different places and can be herbivores, carnivores or omnivores.
  7. 7. Do you remember… What do animals eat? Herbivores eat plants. Cows, rabbits and elephants. Carnivores eat meat from other animals. Lions, eagles, and sharks. Omnivores eat plants and meat. Bears and pigs.
