My objectives today on the Zinc Nutrient Initiative are: Adding zinc to fertilizers is economic for the farmer and thus economic for the fertilizer companies as the farmer will have more money to spend on fertilizers Zinc additions to fertilizers will ultimately help save lives The International Fertilizer Association and the International Zinc Association should act now to make this happen.
Agronomists have been able to identify the key factors that show zinc deficiency.
