located in US. Embassies and Consulates in more than 150 cities and 80 countries around the world.
SENIOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR OF COMMERCIAL SERVICES | REGIONAL USCC SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR 1998 to 2015
Instrumental to the senior-level leadership and direction of the IT department in the US Department of Commerce, acting
as a senior system administrator within commercial services, ensuring continuous uptime of servers and both the stability
and performance of systems by implementing continuous maintenance strategies, preventing failure, breach and/or loss.
Maintained both commercial service and United States Commercial Center (USC) local area networks (LAN), administering
security and surveillance in protecting highly sensitive files and mail servers, while providing support to seven corporate
offices around the United States.
Developed and implemented a new US Commercial Center (USCC) server network, including Microsoft Exchange and
Active Directory, as well as DNS and anti-virus services, transforming systems to compete against industry standards
and drive continued success for all USCC operations.
Provided remote leadership to on-site system administrators within U.S. Embassies and Consulates in EAP, East Asia
and Pacific; engaged in troubleshooting of all the desktop issues, guiding users through software and hardware
troubleshooting processes, identifying quick fixes, essential repairs and need for replacement.
Introduced HTML4 to China, interpreting specification and trending to Chinese, while developing and maintaining
maintenance to Chinese version of HTML 4 functionality
Launched the TMS system, supporting web development teams and providing technical assistance to Chinese

CTS TRAINER | INTERIM SALESFORCE TRAINER 2008 to 2015
Key contributor to the development of a client tracking systems, as created by the US Department of Commerce and used
in hundreds of USDOCs offices around the world. Trained and developed Department of Commerce personnel in the
utilization and optimization of CTS and CRM platforms.
Joined forces in the design and implementation of the client tracking system (CTS) refresh training for CS Guangzhou
(China), arranging and implementing training sessions for embassies in CS Seoul (Korea), CS Chengdu (China), CS
Guangzhou (China), CS Shanghai (China), CS Jakarta (Indonesia), CS Manila (Philippines), CS Chennai (India) and CS
Bangalore (India), while further coordinating the CMS to CTS conversion for these offices.

system use for access to and within the web-based client management program, while en route to offices in the EAP
Transferred old CMS data to the new CTS system, restoring and backing up data for time of failure, migration and/or

Designer of a central server for the international partner network (IPN) of 14 China Council for the Promotion of International
Trade (CCPIT) offices and five commercial service offices, providing central filing and storage of highly secure and classified
materials, as well as a protected mail server for corporate-wide communications.
Essential to the design and setup of secure networks for protected access of web-initiated trade and foreign affairs
activities, distributing computer terminals for use by trained individuals and providing key technical support to CCPIT
offices in 10 different cities; developed and deployed the IPN WAN system, installed computers and implemented the
training for CCPIT Nanjing, Jiangsu, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Zhuhai, Chongqing, Kunmin, Shengzhen, Tianjing, Dalian,
