ConclusionConclusion
•During the Project we learned new things regarding IT
Infrastructure includes Servers, Networks, Applications.
•IT investment enables companies to take timely decisions
with regard to make all its customers satisfied and loyal.
•The complaints, queries, feedback must be resolved in
time specially after sales service.
Failures:
NAE produced poor quality products which did not meet the
needs of its customers and failed to extend its contract with
LG Korea. Qmobile also decreased its total sales due to
mismanagement and delaying to take timely decisions.
Success:
Electrolux, Galanz products sale increased. New CEO has
taken timely decisions to restore the company’s reputation.
