Oversaw a massive laundry line transition (from Q4 2012 to Q1 2013) by implementing new pricing set-up, new
model set-up for major retailers, creation/upkeep of comprehensive 2013 laundry spec/features sheet and
promotion management to ensure timely phase-out of old models and launch of new models.
Helped our laundry operations turn a profit of 5+% in FY2012 (a 10+ percentage point swing from FY2011) thru
maximizing sales of premium/lucrative front-load laundry, as well as ramping up sales of fast-growing high
efficiency top-load laundry.
Executed new product website content update in 1H 2012 of all refrigerators, cooking & dishwashers. The early
uploading of new 30” French-Door refrigerator allowed us to quickly ramp-up sales, resulting in 40+% market
share by October 2012.
Attained 40%+ market share in the burgeoning 4-door bottom freezer refrigeration segment for 1H FY2012,
arguably considered one of the most lucrative refrigeration segment.

Managed the entire appliance portfolio from FY2006 to FY2008, and during that period powered CAGR of 44.2%
($31M in FY2006 to $93M in FY2008) via line-up expansion of refrigeration, laundry, over-the-range (OTR) & air
conditioning operations, as well as launching ranges (FY2007), dishwashers & dehumidifiers (FY2008).
Played a critical role in entering the Sears’ home appliance business in May FY2008 by conducting gap analyses,
registering product set-up sheets, and making sure models are launched in a timely fashion to be fully prepared
for flyer promos. Entry to Sears helped elevate overall sales by 86% in FY2008 ($93M) vs. FY2007 ($50M).
