Lowest quality of food- unbalanced,unwholesome,stale,canned
foods, packaged foods, beverages & fizzy drinks ,excessive
fat &spices + tobacco and alcohol.
This kind of food is toxic ,causes irritation and harm to our
body as well as mind.
